"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I am starting to do more custom pieces for people. I will take orders now through Deviantart, yay! Here are the base for my prices:
Pricing: $25 USD for sketches/pencil drawings $35 USD for inked pieces $50 USD for color pieces (I use Prismacolor markers)
Pricing is flexible. Obviously more detailed work will cost a bit more, however everything can be negotiated in advance. I usually do my work on 17" x 11" boards. I accept Paypal. You can send me a message through Deviantart or email me at roberto.rivera81@ymail.com.
